How to Sweep Pick Properly (Guitar)?

i am pretty good at guitar. i play for 8 months and i already know how to play a7x (afterlife, beast and the harlot, etc). ive been working on afterlife and i can do the sweep picking solo good………… with a sock on the neck. i sweep good with a sock but when i take the sock off and try to sweep like i normally do open strings ring when i take each finger off. how to i get a good clean fast sweep without any extra notes. thanks.

p.s. yes im asian (indian)

    use your right palm (if your right handed) to mute the strings you just played. and practice really really really slowly at first
